Financial and billing information is not collected during account registration and only temporarily collected during online purchasing and never saved.. Credit Card and billing information is only sent to our payment processor for billing authorization and then deleted. Grace Home Furnishings does not have access to any customer billing information.

All furniture items in the Grace Home Collection are custom made. Custom furniture orders are non-refundable but will be repaired or replaced if they are damaged during shipping.

We offer a 100% refund or product replacement on defective or damaged non-custom items.

We recommend obtaining finish samples or fabric swatches to be certain of color and texture before placing a custom furniture order.
